Packages are generally dispatched within a day or 2 after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Keep in mind, international shipments may become delayed due to customs or backlogged border crossings. The tracking information we provide you is the same tracking information we have. We have no additional information than what that tracking can offer.
RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIMS
Our bushings come with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. To file a warranty claim, call John at 724 622 7257 we will ask for you to return the failed part to us to inspect and we will replace the part for you.
RETURN INFORMATION:
- Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- If there is a problem with the part we will make every attempt at correcting the issue.
- Refunds (minus original shipping cost) will be given in a timely manner when parts are received back to us in unused condition.
- Contact us at the time of assembly with any concerns.
- Once parts are installed and put in use, returns will not be accepted. (this statement does not concern product warranty claims)
